Omnia Virtual Assistance was launched in January 2023 by Jackie Ellis. After starting two successful businesses on her own at the age of 23, and working in the corporate world, all while juggling motherhood, she now has found her passion and “home” in the virtual assistance sphere.

  • How do I know how many hours to book? Calculating the time needed for a task can be challenging. That is why our packages are value-based rather than hourly. We have formulated our packages based on the cumulative value for each project rather than the time per project, and since there is no one-size-fits-all.

    What if I just need assistance on a one-time project and don’t need a full 1-month plan? Assistance is available for a one-time project or ongoing projects or maintenance. otherwise indicated.

  • How do I book/pay for your services? The best way is to fill out an inquiry form below and we will send you a formal quote based on your needs. Once your agreement is signed with our terms and conditions your project will be underway. You can also book a call with Jackie to discuss your needs in more detail. Just use the link here to schedule. Your monthly dues will be set to auto-renew each month.

  • Can I cancel my services any time? Of course! That’s the beauty of working with Omnia Virtual: no long-term commitments. You will need to cancel your plan before it auto-renews every 30 days. All sales are final, and any funds already paid will be used for future hours/projects unless otherwise indicated.
