Omnia Virtual Assistance was launched in January 2023 by Jackie Ellis. After starting two successful businesses on her own at the age of 23, and working in the corporate world, all while juggling motherhood, she now has found her passion and “home” in the virtual assistance sphere.

How Does It Work?

  • How do I know how many hours to book? It can be hard to calculate how much time is spent on some tasks. It is recommended to book a discovery call or start with our basic package. If more hours are needed you can upgrade for the next month. All meetings are billed towards your monthly plan so if you feel you would want weekly or monthly check ins you will want to take that into consideration.

  • What kind of hours do you work? Due to the nature of each project, hours may vary but are not set in stone as Omnia is an independent contractor; not an employee. However, timelines and deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon so you can rest assure that your projects will be done on time. Omnia is on PST time for your reference.

  • What if I just need assistance on a one-time project and don’t need a full 1-month plan? Assistance is available for a one-time project. Rates depend on hours and services needed, however, it is recommended to utilize one of the packages in case of any future maintenance/changes. Your hours do not expire unless otherwise indicated.

  • How do I book/pay for your services? The best way is to choose your desired package from our Services + Packages page. From there, we will schedule a discovery call, an agreement is signed with our terms and conditions. Once your agreement is signed, your project will be underway. All service fees are non-refundable.

  • Can I cancel my services any time? Of course! That’s the beauty of working with Omnia Virtual: no long-term commitments. You will need to cancel your plan before it auto-renews every 30 days. Any unused hours can either go into a bank to be used at a later time, or you can elect to close your account completely at which point a closure agreement will be executed to make that decision final. All sales are final, and any funds already paid will be used for future hours/projects unless otherwise indicated.

  • How do I upgrade my package? Please send a request to change your package if you wish to upgrade to more hours per month. Upgrades go into effect immediately and a new agreement will need to be signed for your package to be effective.

  • When am I billed? Payments are due on either the 1st or 15th of the month you start. depending on which date comes up first. Payment plans are available if you wish to break up your monthly cost into two payments per month (on the 1st and 15th).

  • How do I know the hours I am paying for are actually being used? Each project/task is tracked, and discussed during your milestone meeting held once per month so you know exactly how many hours are being used. You can downgrade or upgrade at any time.
